Lemonade Diet Review

he lemonade diet is a detox diet that is supposed to cleanse all the bad stuff out of your body. From your liver and your kidneys to your blood, this diet is supposed to work miracles.

You can do the diet if you are sick and it will clean you out, you can do it when you are overweight and you are trying to lose weight, you can do it to clean out your digestive system, and you can do it to rebuild tissue in your body.

For any of these things, the lemonade diet is supposed to help you. The diet can last anywhere from ten to forty or more days, depending on you. Depending on how much your body needs it.

During the diet, since you body is cleaning out toxins and things you may smell a little bit sometimes, have bad breath, go to the bathroom a lot, as well as having your tongue turn kind of a fuzzy white.

All of these symptoms are just witnesses to the fact that your body is being cleaned out. When the diet is over, your body should be in good shape.

While you are on the diet, the only thing you have ever is the lemonade drink. It is made of lemon juice, maple syrup, cayenne pepper and water. All of this is supposed to give you the nutrients that you need, so you are not supposed to take vitamins or anything else.

Once the fast is over, you can either do a four-day process to get back to your normal diet, or go back to a raw fruit, nut and vegetable diet. This diet is recommended because it is natural, but it may not be the healthiest.

All those things, raw fruit, nuts and vegetables are all very good for you, but they will not be able to give your body all of the nutrients it needs. Like the nutrients from grains, meats and dairy.

So for health, this diet should receive an eight. You do not have to do the nut, fruit and vegetable thing so it is not included in that score. But the eight is for the detoxification part. It is supposed to be very good for your body, maybe not if you do it for a really extended period of time, but it is good to clean out your system.

For the busy lifestyle, this diet would be a ten because it would be easy for someone that was busy. All they would need to do is make the juice in the morning and drink it throughout the day. It would not be very hard or time consuming.

This diet would receive a six for family friendly because even though you are on the fast, your family will still need to eat, especially your children so that still means meals and such that need to be prepared.

For ease of adherence, this diet would receive a three. Over a long period of time, it would be so hard to only drink this juice day in and day out. Especially when everyone around you is eating. It would be hard not only because you could not eat, but because you would probably get sick of the taste of the juice and want something else.

For ease of implementation it should receive a four. I would be hard to go from a normal diet to drinking only juice with the only preparation being what you tell yourself mentally.

For speed this diet deserves a seven. It is supposed to help you lose weight pretty quickly but a lot of that weight may be just water so it could come back once you begin a normal diet again.

Its potential for long term should get a nine, depending on you. It will only continue to help you in the future if you are consistent with a healthy diet and if you do the fast consistently more than one time.

Overall this diet is good in moderation. If you go nuts with it and become unhealthy, it would be better not to do it. But if you follow the guidelines and eat healthy when you are not on the fast, it should be good for you.
