That is a lot of stuff that you are not supposed to eat and that is not counting the stuff the just might have gluten in it, maybe not for sure. If you are on this diet you need to be extremely careful of what you eat and you are very limited in that.
The gluten-free diet is not to lose weight and probably no one on earth would do it if their health did not require them to. It is a diet that would be almost impossibly hard to stick to and almost impossibly hard to even consider.
There is so much that you cannot eat, so much that you maybe cannot eat, so many names you have to know to look for in ingredients, it is just an awful diet.

it would be smart just to eat all vegetables.

A third thing that is allowed on the detox diet is rice. Unlike fruits and vegetables, you are not allowed to eat all rice. You are allowed to eat brown rice, basmati rice, rice cakes, rice crackers and rice pasta.

It is not really a bad thing that white rice is not included because brown rice is still very good and basmati rice is delicious.

Besides this you can have other grains instead of rice. You can use quinoa, amaranth, millet, and buckwheat. All of these you can purchase and eat instead of rice if you are not a big fan of rice.

You are also aloud to eat beans on this diet. The suggested beans are split yellow and green peas and lentils because those are the easiest to digest. But, you can also have kidney beans, pinto beans, mung beans, garbanzo beans and adzuki beans.

Other things to eat on this diet are nuts and seeds. Allowed are unsalted nuts, seeds and nut butters which would be good to sprinkle over a meal, as well as flaxseed, pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds, almonds, cashews and walnuts. They tell you to avoid peanuts.

With this list of eats and drinks, there comes a list of “to-do’s.” For one, you are supposed to have a minimum of eight glasses of water per day at warm or room temperature. It seems a little strange but oh well, water is necessary for cleaning out blood and such.

They also say that you are not supposed to drink liquids around meal time. Your body will supposedly get more nutrients out of your food if it is not diluted with liquids while it is digesting.

Whey you drink juice, you are supposed to dilute it with fifty percent water. Seems a little gross, but that is the suggestion. Or rule.

And besides this, when you eat, you need to take the time to chew your food very well, and you are supposed to chew grains especially well. This will help your food to digest as well as help you to get the most nutrients from it as possible.

And there you have it.
